At Route One, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't hitting the mark, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
